Purchased new contract on 15th November , with it being pro-rata i knew i wouldnt have as many minutes etc until my billing date which was 22nd. And me being on originally iphone extra 36 with unltd calls, texts and 1gb web i seemed happy until i got the orange my account app which told me i only had 60 minutes remaining which i had already gone over? i went into phones 4 u who then told me to phone orange which i did, who then told me to go back to the shop who then had me phone back orange!!!
I was told that has i had gone over my bill by £12.43 which is now £20.01 to 22nd nov.. and the people at orange getting my orignial tarriff wrong they would be nothing they could do for me until today, and i would still have to pay the money which would then be eventually refunded!!1 im not happy and want answers!!
