Money disappeared and rude customer representative.

I sent my brother 80 GBP 2-3 weeks back. My brother did not receive it yet. Called them three times to be told that I will be given a receipt. This I did across a span of 7 days! The third the customer service representative was rude to the point I had lost my nerves and was snappy. They promised me 30 minutes service which they did. Now I am left thinking to get a letter from them it took some yelling from me, what would it take for my brother to receive the money. I advise anyone to not use this service at all!
