Good product and good value

I bought two wooden blinds as a test purchase and am pleased with the quality, so I'm happy now to order the others that I need.
The only slight improvement to service would be better communication about expected delivery times, or maybe the option to monitor the order via their website. The blinds turned up in reasonable time, but there was no warning and it was lucky that we were in.
That's the only reason I havent given 5 stars!
