Used to be a good company, has turned terrible, wrong order and rubbish support

Ordered and paid for 5kg of chocolate mint impact whey, recieved 2.5kg chocolate smooth (not too fussed about the flavour, bit pissed about the quantity).

They don't answer their phones so have entered a support ticket.

Used to always use this company, unless they make up for this mistake I'm never using them again
