I've been trying to buy 2 beds for my girls and had nothing but trouble from other companies (saying in-stock, taking payment, then suddenly out of stock). Luckily I stumbled on Sleepland and decided to give them a go.
I was given a delivery date of about a week for both beds which was much better than anywhere else I'd tried. Unfortunately the day before delivery they gave me a call to say they'd received both beds from the manufacturer but had to reject one as the packaging was damaged. Disappointing for us (and one daughter!) but I'd much rather them reject it at there end that it turn up at my door damaged.
They delivered one bed exactly when they said, and even gave us a call half an hour before the one hour slot to give us an update. Seriously... why can't ALL companies do this!
The second bed was going to take another couple of weeks to arrive but they kept us up to date via email. When it did get here we got the same great delivery service. They even carried all the boxes up to the bedroom.
Both beds are assembled now, look great and I have two happy daughters. I would definitely use Sleepland again.
