I bought my ideal wedding dress online and the seller (uk based) chose to use parcel 2 go. Despite the parcel being fully tracked, parcel 2 go managed to lose it. I couldn't contact them a they have no phone number or email address on their website. They claim to have a live Web chat service, which does not exist. I had to resort to contacting them on twitter, which is very poorly suited to seeking with enquiries. They ignored my first enquiry and only responded when i mentioned it was my wedding dress and presumably they thought it would look bad. But they clearly don't care that much as no zoology has been made. I have been refunded by my seller so presumably they have been compensated by this awful company but that isn't really the point. I'm devastated, need to find a new dress and haven't had so much as an apology. Please stay well clear if you value your items.
