Disapointed

Booked in AM and when I turned up at 10:00 I was told by a very obnoxious guy "ooooh cannot do it for at least two hours". Very negative tone. This would have put me into the PM catergory whereby I was going to work at 14:00 so it was just not in question. I then had to turn up the following day. If the tyres had not already been paid for I would have gone elsewhere as im sure I would have had a better response at ATS or Quickfit and the job would have been done there and then. The journey was a 15 mile all round trip which had to be done twice. I will think again next time.

Absolutely, when you have booked in a time for the work to be carried out you expect the work to be carried out at that time.
