would recommend to anyone as a first class service
put the order on 27 august got the product on 12 november after waiting getting on 3 months the item finaly arrived supposed to have been a special order so i expected a very good finish..on final assembly i noticed it was not a very good finish as their was knocks on the wood and not been sanded down as their was rough edges and the paint work was rubbish sent a email to the supplier and they gave me a 10%refund for my trouble not very happy with this company and i would not recommend it also they take the full amount of money out of your account on the day of your order instead of a small deposit so they make a money on the intrest also

This item did go over its lead time estimated by the manufacture which I do apologise for. In this instance we will keep you updated as best as we can.
In regards to the damage, this is not what we expect on any of our items whether a special order or stocked purchase. If you were unhappy with the discount offered, we will always replace the item if you prefer, which ever is best for the customer.
AS you can see from our other reviews, it is very are that we there is a wait or damage to our items.
