Process to order great, mattress great, day of delivery bad!

Process to select and order bed was excellent. Mattress was ready within timescales outlined on order. Only issue was delivery of bed was ~4 hours later than time you confirmed which meant I could not leave the house all day.
I am however very pleased with the product.
