disgusted, poor customer service and its not even fitted yet!!!

I am/was due to have a new bathroom fitted on Monday (26/11/2012).
I have a call today from Mark with his total I do not care attitude telling me I now have to wait until some date in December which he mumbled and I was unable to catch.

I have already booked the time off work, I will now lose my holidays and I am unable to even book any in December.

This has been an on going saga since July!!!.

July until December to get a bathroom fitted is ridiculous.

I ended the call telling Mark I am going to cancel the order who then promptly told me I have singed a contract with them.

Which I have, as they are unable to install this in a timely manner this order will be cancelled and I will be speaking to the CEO tomorrow!.

Completely unhappy and as a repeat customer I feel totally let down.

The staff simply do not care, as long as they are getting there wage, we are just an order number.

AVOID THIS COWBOY FIRM!!
