Delivery system complicated by not knowing which day goods will be delivered.
If not delivered on the first attempt they are driven back to the depot and another attempt made. Having been told faiure on one day would mean another attempt the next day, arrangements were made for the second day.
The second afternoon it was discovered the goods had been delivered next door on the first day.
Petrol, time and annoyance could be saved with a clearer system
