Missguided should literally be ashamed with the service they provide. i haven't seen a single positive review about their service.
i ordered 2 pairs of boots, one pair they went out of stock so they automatically refunded and cancelled the order. i reordered in a different size..they are yet to arrive. i have sent about 5 emails and had 2 responses.
the first was a blatant template asking me to use the returns label and send the shoes i got back..i didn't receive wrong the shoes..i emailed back advising i am yet to receive shoes and i have since received an email apologising for confusion but they have investigated and the courier said they left it in a safe place....the irony is i actually received one pair fine, i signed for them. there isnt a safe place as i live in terraced town houses straight on the path. my boyfriend works from home so we always have someone in and the neighbours parcels get left with us.
i dont understand how they are capable of one delivery and cannot send the next. or even email me with a response that makes sense
i am literally fuming. if these boots go out of stock and are not sent to me i will be taking this complaint further.
do not shop there. you can get the same or better quality (a lot of my friends have sent dresses back as they are cheap and rubbish) from asos or h&m.
