Great service , loose the courier

Absolutely delighted with purchase (Cobra S3 Max) but the courier was lamentable in its service , free I admit but cost me a half day off work in order to collect it . Not a happy bunny especially when I did get to the depot and they took nearly 30 mins to find my parcel.
