Great advice from real person with excellent knowledge of the different products - Jamie - which was the reason I decided to stop shopping around and to buy immediately. Delivery/removal efficiently carried out. Super comfy mattress, made to measure for our continental-sized bed, very reasonable cost. I love John Lewis, but they just couldn't compete in this case.
