I have used myprotein loyally for years now and have always thought of them as a great company, but after a recent order that view has changed dramatically.
The order was over £100 worth so qualified for free delivery, it then arrived a full week late missing 2 items. It is now over 2 weeks since the original order and I am still waiting for 1 item.
Their customer service is virtually non existent - they do not answer the phone or reply to emails. I am now having to contact my bank to try and get a refund. I will never use them again and have now changed supplier.
