To be honest I have found Littlewoods and its support staff one of the most efficient, polite companies I have ever dealt with. The products I have purchased have always met or succeeded the claims made by the company.
The only slight quibble is with delivery.
I have a mobility disability. When the last product was delivered to me I was just four yards from my front door - yet by the time I opened the door, the driver was halfway into his van and about to drive away.
This suggests to me that you should institute both a code of conduct for delivers regarding disability - and also ask in you delivery queries whther people have issues of disability regarding disability.
Other than that, excellent service.
