I ordered a bed online, but was then told by email that it was out of stock. I was given options to reorder or refund and a very prompt follow up email. I selected a second bed, from the list of available, but a second email arrived saying it was out of stock as well. Having said that the email correspondence form customer service was very quick, polite and apologetic. I was offered additional credit for the inconvenience, although I did not take then up on this. The bed I eventually selected was cheaper than the original and the excess payment that I made was refunded almost instantly. I would definitely use this company again and happy to recommend to friends.

Sorry with regards to the issues you initially had as our stock management system should be always up to date. The stock levels have now all been checked and now this issue is resolved.
