I'm getting very frustrated with all this wating!!!
I accidently ordered the wrong item (got it after 10 days) and I wrote them, and got a standart reply, that it could take a while for them to get in touch with me. I wrote back again and told them, that I would send the package back to them, and that I would like an exchange for the right item. Then they wrote another standart message, that they would reply as soon as possible, but I haven't heard nothing yet, after writing them several mails!!?
Beautybay...if you are listening....I just want to know, if you have received the package I have returned? And if you can exchange it for the right item or give me a refund?
This is just NOT satisfying, keeping people waiting so long for replies!
With this bad experience, I wouldn't recommend Beautybay.com for anyone! :-(

Jeg fik mine ting hurtigt og de var ret meget billigere end i almindelige butikker, og så var der en lille overraskelse med...en slikkepind :)
Jeg har helt sikkert tænkt mig at handle der igen :)
Jeg har kun prøvet det én gang, men var meget tilfreds da jeg modtog mine ting dagen efter. Og hvis jeg har brug for nogle olier, stearin-sand eller i den dur, så vil jeg bruge Exotictrade igen :)
