Product fine but delivery process not so good

Very happy with the product sent but after two attempts to deliver I had to collect from the courier. We left a note on the front door for the parcel to be left just inside as my wife went in the shower but the courier could not help as a signature was needed! (This was the second attempt as we were out when the first try was made) Perhaps a review of the process should be considered.
