I hope you check postive feedback too??

Its great to be able to review on here.. but |I feel some companies manipulate the ratings by writing positive reviews in to cancel the negative ones? Yodel respond to neg feedback within minutes... do you think they would not do this? Half the delivery men lie about delivering and say they have left cards... read a very recent review about somebody proving they dont by cctv!! That is the only reason 4 stars given not 5.



I cant believe its still in business! Drop a parcel round one afternoon... im not in so a card is left. ring number... doesnt recognize number so ...? NOTHING! It dropped the line asfter asking me over and over for something I cant give! Cant speak to asos either so on facebook told them to recall it and drop dead. I havent got time to shop, so do they think I save that shopping time to do this? NO. Yodel sucks.Always has. Even website wont work UNLESS the number left on the card is correct. And whose responsibility is that? Hope it goes bust. It deserves to.
