Prompt and easy

Easy website to navigate, not the cheapest (but priced okay), but prompt service. Had a problem with the base layer i received having a click in the middle of the chest - not a massive problem as underneath my footy shirt, but didn't like having to pay to return it. Had an issue last summer where i ordered a long sleeve and received a short sleeve base layer. Again would have had to pay to return it - you must change this policy when its not the customers fault.

Overall, i do like Barrington's service and tend to purchase at least once a year, but it could be more...

Sorry to hear you have had an issue with the baselayer that you ordered. As well as offering FREE delivery on orders over £75, we also offer FREE returns via our Collect + service, meaning that you are able to return all items free of charge. As you point out, we also believe it is unfair for customers to have to pay to return items when, occasionally, there is a problem with the items ordered.
