Visited the showroom and were impressed with the quality of products and the incredible choice of options and fabric. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Not good service at all with this order

My order was placed and I requested express delivery. Noorder arrived. Phoned and no answer, e.mailed and no quick reply, eventually I was phoned and told that a few of the items would be in within a couple of days and that my express £4.95 woudl be refunded and my order received on the following monday. Received the order and I received ! x item instead of 1 x box of 18 of the product. Could not get through on the ohine, sent e.mail. e.mail reply stated that my missing items would be received soon and they would advise me when it was being despatched? managed to get through by phone and express anger. It took almost two weeks to get an express delivery and also a lot of time with the emails and phone calls not being answered. No urgency, not enough customer support and generally no care taken to fullfill the express request or even to make an appology.
