Having used 247 Blinds before and experienced a good service I thought I would use them again. I ordered swatches to choose my preferred colour. I chose the swatch Luca Cotton - However when my blinds arrived they were a completely different colour to the swatch that I had ordered from. I spoke to an agent - who is in dire need of customer service training and really needs to have a bit more charisma when dealing with clients. He asked me to send through a photo of the swatch and the blind - which I did. He called back to say he could also clearly see the difference in colour and would come back to me once he had spoken to their suppliers. Which he did - I wish he hadnt!! He went on to say that the swatches they sent to me were correct and suggested that in fact it was my mistake - which I was really offended by. The way in which he dealt with the situation was like from the comedy sketch - The computer says no! I then asked to speak to his manager who was not there and ended up speaking to what they called "fill in" manager. He too was as charming as a slug and basically reiterated what had already been said - with absolutely no reasoning or desire to help me. Apart from a 25% discount offered on new blinds this was all I was getting! In the end I could see that this company has no interest in maintaining customer loayalty or offering any kind of goodwill - and therefore I shall not ever be using them again and would reccommend that no other person should be put through such a terrible shopping experience.
