They delivered what I ordered earlier than initially suggested in an email.
Pro10 had been very good and the products I have bought are good. But a recent order was delayed due to batch issue and I was not told - nor offered an alternative. I had to chase twice to be told of the problem and have been waiting over a week for delivery. It would be good to update customers if there is a problem with shipping an order so that they can plan accordingly. Not too dificult by email I would think.
