These guys are so incompetent. They make it so easy to take out the policy, but boy you do not want to make a claim. Online claim 'got lost', but only found out after 4 days of emailing, was told to call. No one replies to the same email, always someone different asking for the same information you have already sent. No one knows what is going on. Lost my phone TWO weeks ago and the claim still hasn't been procesed. If you pay monthly and claim, you have to pay for the full years policy, which they keep quiet. The loss excess is £75 NOT £50. Shocking. Avoid like the plague!

I am chasing this up with your policy number now as I fully agree you should have received a better service in this instance and I want to get this resolved for you as soon as possible. Please be advised our T&Cs do clearly state the cost of excess for loss, so I am sorry if this has come as a surprise.
