Faultless sales service (no experience of after-sales service yet).

They asked the best price I could find, they send order acceptance and dispatch notices within minutes of placing the order, and the item was new, as described and packaged robustly. Only the Courier (UKMail) was substandard, failing to deliver the next day and claiming that they had called me to confirm my address but I had not answered, though I had been in all day and had no 'missed calls'.
I have not had to contact HSS for anything else and have not had any issues with the item so I cannot comment on their after sales service, however, which is just as important, so until I have had the item for the statutory warranty year there is always the possibility that I might have to reduce the number of stars, but the signs are good so far.
