Good news and bad news

The good news is that customer service is excellent keeping me up to date with what was happening with my order - they were waiting for stock to come in - fine.
The bad news was the state of the outer boxes when the goods arrived. Filthy dirty, crushed and all taped up here and there where they had split. For a packaging company it was dire. Outer boxes too disgusting to store in my office and packaging area. Had to decant the lot which I needed like a hole in the head. Have not had time to have a moan as just too busy.
