Lucky perhaps?
I was shitting bricks after reading these posts, I'd ordered almost £300 worth of stuff to be delivered by them (not my choice, the seller told me they was using a courier, they didn't tell me which one, I found out when I got an Email from them).
After reading these posts I was pretty vigilant, watched my status thing and kept near the window.
Saw the delivery guy and opened the door before he could (or couldn't) knock. He seemed like a nice guy. Good service. I thought my flat would be hard to find too (my Sainsburys delivery had to phone me for directions yesterday) but he came right to my door.
Personally my experience was a good one (I live in Woking, Surrey).
And this is probably the first legitimate 5 star rating for these guys since all the others are obviously the same one person who works for myHermes.
Good luck with your parcels if you are waiting for them.
