Customer Service wont respond to an issue

We recently bought a fitted bathroom suite and had no problem getting the order delivered. However, the inlet valve from the toilet is leaking and as we've tried calling (The customer care number doesn't work and so we spoke to Sales who have never bothered calling back. We tried emailing, but to no response.) It looks as though we are going to have to buy another one if we ever want to use the toilet.

Very disappointing customer service. Certainly not the service we were expecting having read previous reviews.

Following the review we were contacted by Better Bathrooms who contacted us to ensure that they would deal with our enquiry. Guess what, still no reply or promised replacement goods.
