No wonder they have to give away vouchers

Just realised why there are so many vouchers out there for Naked Wines they don't seem to be able to deliver to the address I asked for and I'm not sure that they will be able to get it done correctly even now after 4 phones calls and 2 tweets.
Just hope the wine is worth it as even with the voucher it's still £4 a bottle and I could get my usual rose from Tesco for £3.79.
The people I've spoken to have tried to be helpful and haven't been rude just don't seem to be able to help until the last girl.
The automatic sign up to £20 was a bit of a con I thought as it implied you just had to do a survey to get another £40 until I read the small print and seen that I'd committed to a monthly fee.
