Poor standard of workmanship, and attention to detail.

We bought a childs playhouse. On booking we were told that the delivery could be any time of the working day, but we would be called when it was 30 minutes away. As this was the case I poped out to the post office, a 5 minute drive. On returning to the house I found the playhouse dumped outside the front of the house, in full view of the main road, no call was received! As I began to prepare the playhouse for building, it was found the several pieces of wood were heavely split by the insertion of squint nails, so blatent that I can not believe that this was not noticed by the workshop. I have since had to purchase new pieces of wood to replace the broken parts.

On a positive note, the call centre staff were very helpful, and I was able to chose my delivery day. For what it is, I feel that the play house is good value for money, despite my. Comments above.
