They couldnt give a **** !!!

I ordered a dress on the 3/11/12 the money was taken from my account on the 5/11/12 the same day I received an email advising the dress is no longer in stock and i will be refunded in 3-5 working days and was given a 10% off code for any full price item ( Thanks but no thanks Missguided I get a student discount of 10% so this is useless ) I AM NOW ON WORKING DAY 14 AND 3 EMAILS LATER STILL NO REFUND OR RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! I have used missguided before and had no complaints free next day delivery etc but this has made me no longer want to use their services . USE IF YOU DON'T NEED TO SEND ANYTHING BACK !! DO NOT USE IF ANYTHING IS LOW STOCK OR WONT FIT AS YOU'LL PROBABLY NEVER SEE THE MONEY AGAIN !! this was the fault of missguided not mine yet I have to chase them up !!
