I am also experiencing a lot of problems with WAE+ .co.uk.
It is now 23rd November 2012 and placed my order on 9th October.
For over a week, my order status claims that I have been refunded but I have not received any funds.
Their phone line will never take any of my calls (customer service message permanently says that they are currently experiencing very high volumes of calls and no operators are available) and I am not getting any email response to any of the 5 messages mailed through the "quick response" link on their website during the past 2 weeks.
I am now extremely worried that I may never see the refund or order product at all. I think they are completely dishonest and would advise everyone to steer clear of this company.
This whole experience has been a source of but upset and frustration.
