Order £56 worth of goods. (New Habitrail Loft hamster cage plus food etc etc). Never received goods- the courier they used got a signature from someone unknown to me, left no card and after many attempts to get through to their non existent customer service dept (no phone no at first, have to wait for approx 1 week for a reply to email!!) and then many attempts(unsuccessful) to get through on the phone number they finally provided I have been told they will not refund as a signature has been given. So- no card left, no goods and One Click Pharmacy in their almighty wisdom have decided I am not entitled to a refund despite me enquiriing about where my order is for approx 1 month. Going through Visa to attempt to get refund as clearly broken Distance Selling rules. RESULT- 1 very angry frustrated mum, 1 very upset little one who was waiting for her cage. I have had to fork out again via a local company and am forced to wait for my bank to try and claim it back from them. DISGUSTED.
