I ordered a Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Controller from FoneBoy on the 14/11/12 and I have still not received my item, almost two weeks later. I have e-mailed the site twice in regards to my item's whereabouts, and on both occasions my queries have gone ignored. It is at a point now I am accepting I will not get a reply, nor will I receive my order, and I am having to cut a loss. I am fed up of waiting for answers and have now lost all patience. Even if I receive my item I will never be using their service again, and encourage others to avoid the site at all costs.
I reported an issue on PayPal last night and they have responded, kindly sending out my item again (which has earned them a star as I know others may not bother). I do recommend shopping around but if you really must purchase from FoneBoy be very wary. If there are issues then the best way to resolve them is to immediately report it to PayPal or your credit card company, as their responses to e-mails and site messages leave everything to be desired.
Everybody should be able to shop with confidence and FoneBoy do have a lot of potential. Unfortunately I do not have the confidence to shop with them again until they improve their customer service and overall reputation.
