Customer service overcame initial glitch

I found a competitive price for a Milwaukee Impact Driver - bare unit, and 3Ah battery, so decided to go for FFX.
Courier arrived on time, great, but, with incorrect product, not so great; due to invoice error. However, as I needed item for job on following weekend, Customer Services, made up for the error, didn't argue about protocol and quickly dispatched the correct item. So, 4stars, for Customer Services.
