I sat in for my delivery on tuesday and waited and waited,i checked the website,returned to warehouse,delivery not attempted !! wednesday,repeat of tuesday,DELIVERY NOT ATTEMPTED,thursday after arranging to have a delivery made to my daughter,DELIVERY ATTEMPTED TO ME !!! and i was at work,friday waited most of the day,parcel marked as on way at 9.40am,thought i had better check if it might actually arrive,phoned yodel,that was my next mistake !! i was told that i was lucky that they might deliver today as i had already missed three attempted deliveries and really i should be made to collect or the parcel would be sent back in 5 days aaaahhhhhhh i calmly pointed out that the first two days yodel didn't attempt delivery,i was told that the driver had run out of time,so again i pointed out that i had infact only had one missed delivery (even though they had got the address wrong) and i was told that the first deliverys did count as the parcel had left the depot !!! i was also told if my attitude didn't improve then they would have to hang up !! parcel finally arrived at about 4pm,there were about 20 more to be delivered after me,good luck !!!. Yodel are the worst company to ever deliver to me and everyone who i have spoken to have had similar problems,they should be avoided at all costs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
