I ordered two doors from this company that I needed urgently for the last part of building work. The doors were listed as in stock and available. I ordered on Thursday around midday and the delivery was to be on the Saturday (I paid extra for this option). I chose to order from this website because the door style and because they could get it to me ahead of time rather than the following Monday like on some other websites.
Friday afternoon at 3pm I received an email from the company saying that the door was actually not in stock and it would be another 3 weeks until it came back in to stock. I found this unbelievable because, why wait over 24hours to let me know? Because of their delay I missed the cut-off times for all the other websites and my deadline for my project has overrun.
I relayed my complaint to the company saying that if they promise fast delivery times then they have to keep to them - people order fast delivery for a reason!! They sent an apology email, no-one even bothered to call to apologise or suggest a remedy. Bad customer service, slow and untrustworthy.
