On the 01 November 2012 I received an email that stated to say thank-you for being a returning customer any purchases I make before 07 November 2012 will be paid on the 23 November 2012 regardless of Quidco receiving the money (so against normal practice). I was shocked but very happy with their offer as I had recently made purchased items with some fairly large cashback amounts.
23 November has come and no sign of payment, I contacted Quidco to find out what is going on and they are now claiming they never intended the email to read like it did.
The email had no terms and conditions or riders so it has to be interpreted as it read, it was not ambiguous, it's interpretation is clear, any outstanding payments for purchases made before 07th November should be paid.
Quidco I am not impressed!
