Came home to fine four missed delivery cards, all with different dates, but I know they all came today (door mat was clear this morning).
3 missed deliveries means it goes back to depot, which is 50 miles away. I do not drive so can't really get there.
Guy on phone can't arrange for a Saturday delivery, can't redirect to another address and can't register a complaint. There's no way I'm taking time off for a mon-friday delivery (at any time of day ) for a £15 parcel.
It's gone back to the sender - I'll be demanding money back.
