We orderd an electric bed for my servirely disabled mum, it came today by Yodle the 2 mattresses were damp and covered in grease! driver said he would leave it here and that we had to phone dreams for replacement mattresses. Phoned them at 11am and was told it would be 2-3 weeks untill they could deliver new ones so i told them about my mum and how we had no bed for her and was told "well there is nothing we can do" asked to speak to a manager and was told there was not one there but he would get one to phone me back. Waited 3 hours no phone call...so i phoned again and AGAIN was told it would be 2-3 weeks i said that i can not allow my disabled mum to sleep on a damp and dirty bed! "not alot i can do about it" So was put on to a manager KIM she said she would contact the store near us to see if they had and mattresses in store we could have untill new ones are ready. She phoned to say NO they dont have any! I explained that i had to get this bed out so i could try and get a bed in for my mum and put all her addaptions back on the bed for her.so just had a phone call back from them and I HAVE TO take the bed back to dreams shop tomorrow because they can not collect it untill tuesday/wednesday next week!!!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!
