I made the mistake of buying two front shock adsorbers for my Nissan Terrano online from GSF The website was ok as you may expect the delivery was fantastic within 24hrs and the price was acceptable. Now the sad bit begins. The two shocks were different sizes, same GSF part number but one was much bigger so obviously wrong a blind man could see it. No bug**r at Birmingham was interested in answering the phone in the online purchase office or to reply when you left you contact details. I tried three time leaving the phone ringing for upto five minutes.
Thank god for Paul at GSF Easton Bristol Who on the strength of a phone call got the correct unit in the next day; "employee of the month" I think. Pity it was an 50 mile round trip to collect it.
I experianced the bad and excellance of GSF service in 24hrs

My apologies for the delay in responding to you.

I can only put the mistake of the difference in parts delivered to you as being a stock pick or labelling error in our warehouse. Our normal despatch policy is to send two of the same make if available to hopefully avoid any potential issues like this.

We're happy that our Bristol branch were happy to help you out with this matter. Presumably you still have the parts there and need to return them?
