When they arrived the assemblance of the stool is a simple and straightforward procedure when you have the full instructions! Full instructions were not sent with the package. We spent well over an hour trying to get the gas system to work and its an hour of our lives we'll never get back!
So frustrated and a little angry I rang and explained to one of your advisers who sheepishly asked if we had removed the cap from the gas system? What cap? She did say that wasn't mentioned in the instructions which I knew already.
It would help customers considerably if full instructions were included with the stools including the need to remove a cap from the gas system. I can understand it being a safety device but please tell people that.
Having said all that now the stools are assembled the they are excellent and work perfectly. The delivery was excellent too and bag on time - we were given a time slot of 13.44 - 14.44 and they arrived at 13.44 bang on the dot!
Overall we are well pleased with the purchase.
I ordered some replacement batteries and a new charger for my hedge trimmer however just after placing the order my trimmer broke so I didn't need the new batteries and charger anymore!
I telephoned Grey's and it was no problem or trouble to cancel the order and make a refund. The refund was quickly back in my account too. The operator was friendly and helpful.
