Make sure the Web info is the same as the Booklet

I ordered some tablets from Naturesbest - but when I tried on the web - the quantity and prices were different from the booklet

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.

I have looked into this matter for you and I can confirm that our prices on our website are the same as in our catalogue. I believe the confusion has occurred due to the incorrect pot size selected at the time of ordering. To obtain the £3.10 saving you would need to select the 180 pot size at £24.40 instead of 2 x 90 pot size at £13.75 each. By selecting the 180 size, this will give you 2 pots of 90 but at the reduced price.

I can see you contacted us regarding this matter on the 12th November and my colleague offered to refund you for the overcharge. As of yet we have not heard back from you, therefore, if you would like to email me at customer.services@naturesbest.co.uk with a contact telephone number for yourself, I will be more than happy to arrange for someone to telephone you. We can then obtain the information we require from you in order to process your refund without further delay.
