AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Made a £70 order. Order never turned up. Was promised several times they would re-send order. Eventually gave up asking for order and just asked for my money back. Was told would have money back in 3-5 working days. Has now been 8 working days and still no sign of money. Spoke to a different person every time i rang and had to explain the whole case every time. Seems they dont keep a record of your complaint case.
