I bought a Sensa carbon framed road bike, with Ultegra 6700 groupset, matching Ultegra pedals and Shimano SH-R087W shoes and postage all for around £1,000. Locally a similar setup would have cost me £2,750, so very good value in my book. Only problems were a product re-call on the forks from the factory, which were quickly replaced after I had sent them back and issues with the shoe size. But of course buying on-line it is not possible to try on the shoes and it was the first time I had ever bought cycle shoes. Third time lucky these were ok and it was no trouble for Merlin to change them for a larger size (twice). I am now a very happy biker thanks to Merlin Cycles, although as I'm new to road bikes my behind is still in shock!
