pain in the A***

to be honest, I would suggest big company try not to use this company, as they DONT DELIVER!

It happened many time that they said they tried to deliver but never leave a card to me. NEVER!!!!
sometimes I was at home all day long but this company still can not deliver to me as they never come!
I have bought a book from amazon and they just leave it next to my book and use a box to cover it, and still, NO CARD!!!!! after 15 days later, amazon told me the book has been deliver and i found the hidden books, it is waste because of the rain!!!!

I hate this courier. no communication at ALL!!!!!
