315050 Dealt with return well but had to wait in all day twice!

No sign of my order at about Friday 4pm after paying for next day delivery. Called up but woman (who didn't really seem to care) just said there was a computer glitch and many people were affected (believable?? Mmm?). Nonetheless they refunded me the entire delivery charge and rescheduled delivery for Monday as too late to do next day delivery (Saturday). New one arrived and it was fitted. They have very good competitive prices and taps are of good quality. Had complaint with the tap and they sent out another the very next day... but no better window than 9-5 unfortunately. Second woman who I discussed the complaint with was very good though. Hassle free but long wait and decidedly inconvenient in the end. 315050
