I needed a tool quickly and I ended up on FFX's website as they offer free first class delivery as standard.
I bought my tool, but an error during checkout meant I was incorrectly charged £4.50 for courier delivery. I sent them an email to get this mistake rectified. Within 30minutes I had been refunded the £4.50 and my tool arrived the next day.
Overall I had a very pleasant experience shopping at FFX.
They were the cheapest for what I bought and even though I chose free 7 day delivery it did not take anywhere near that long to arrive. My only issue was that I received a text saying my parcel would arrive the next day, but it didn't. They don't provide a tracking number with the order confirmation so I had to email them to ask for it. My parcel ended up arriving the day after the day they said. Overall I was happy, but it would have been better if they provided the tracking number with the confirmation of postage email so I could see where the parcel was up to.
