Usually good apart from one bad experience

I have being buying products from Boohoo for quite some time now. I always thought they were very good and their prices were always reasonable. Until I purchased one product and it looked to have already been worn and was damaged also. I was very disappointed with this purchase but was quite shocked because I know Boohoo are usually very realible. I know everybody can make a mistake though and I hope to continue to get a good service in the future.
